1. Rental Agreement
By renting a vehicle from Pull Up Rentals ("Company"), you ("Renter") agree to the following terms and conditions. This agreement constitutes a binding contract between the Renter and the Company.
2. Eligibility Requirements
To rent a vehicle from Pull Up Rentals, the Renter must:
- Be at least 21 years of age
- Possess a valid U.S. driver's license
- Provide proof of full coverage auto insurance or purchase insurance through Pull Up Rentals
- Provide a valid form of identification
- Not have any major traffic violations or DUI/DWI convictions within the past 5 years
3. Rental Period & Payments
- All rental rates are quoted on a weekly basis unless otherwise specified.
- Payment is due at the time of vehicle pickup or at the start of each rental week.
- Accepted payment methods include debit cards, credit cards, and approved digital payments.
- A security deposit may be required and will be refunded upon return of the vehicle in satisfactory condition.
- Late payments may result in additional fees or vehicle recovery.
4. Vehicle Use
The rented vehicle may only be operated by the authorized Renter listed in the rental agreement. The Renter agrees to:
- Use the vehicle in a lawful manner at all times
- Not sublease or lend the vehicle to any unauthorized person
- Not use the vehicle for racing, towing, or any illegal activity
- Not smoke in the vehicle (a cleaning fee of $250 will be assessed for violations)
- Not transport pets without prior written approval
- Keep the vehicle clean and in good condition
5. Insurance & Liability
- Renters must maintain valid auto insurance coverage for the duration of the rental period.
- If the Renter does not have full coverage insurance, Pull Up Rentals offers daily, weekly, and monthly insurance packages at additional cost.
- The Renter is responsible for any damage, loss, or theft of the vehicle during the rental period.
- The Renter is responsible for all traffic violations, tolls, and parking fines incurred during the rental period.
6. Mileage Policy
Unless otherwise stated in the rental agreement, vehicle rentals include unlimited mileage for rideshare and delivery drivers. Excessive wear due to mileage may be assessed at the time of vehicle return.
7. Fuel Policy
Vehicles are provided with a full tank of gas and must be returned with a full tank. If the vehicle is returned without a full tank, a refueling fee will be charged at market rate plus a $25 service fee.
8. Vehicle Return
- The vehicle must be returned on the agreed-upon date and time.
- Late returns without prior approval may incur daily late fees.
- The vehicle must be returned in the same condition it was received, minus normal wear and tear.
- Failure to return the vehicle may result in the vehicle being reported as stolen.
9. Damage & Accidents
- In the event of an accident, the Renter must immediately contact local law enforcement and Pull Up Rentals.
- The Renter is responsible for obtaining a police report for any incident.
- Any damage not covered by insurance is the responsibility of the Renter.
- A damage assessment will be conducted upon vehicle return, and the Renter agrees to pay for any repairs needed beyond normal wear and tear.
10. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled pickup receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of scheduled pickup may be subject to a cancellation fee.
- No-shows will forfeit any deposit paid.
11. Termination
Pull Up Rentals reserves the right to terminate the rental agreement and recover the vehicle at any time if:
- The Renter violates any term of this agreement
- The vehicle is used in an illegal manner
- Payment is not received as agreed
- The Renter provides false information on the rental application
12. Limitation of Liability
Pull Up Rentals shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the rented vehicle, including but not limited to loss of income, loss of business opportunities, or personal injury beyond what is covered by applicable insurance.
13. Privacy Policy
Pull Up Rentals collects personal information solely for the purpose of processing rental agreements and improving our services. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties, except as required by law or as necessary to fulfill our rental obligations.
14. Modifications
Pull Up Rentals reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
